Ingredients
3 Ball Park® Burger Buns
3 burger patties, grilled
2 leaves of lettuce
2 slices Cheddar cheese
2 tomato slices
1 tbs yellow mustard
1 tbs ketchup
2 tbs barbecue sauce
2 slices Pepper Jack cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 tbs pico de gallo
1/2 jalapeño, sliced
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup yellow onions, sliced and caramelized
1/4 cup cremini mushrooms, grilled
3 slices of bacon, cooked
Directions
  1. Grill burger patties to desired doneness. Once the burger patties are almost done, top with cheese to melt.
  2. For The Classic, take the bottom burger bun and layer with lettuce, burger patty with melted Cheddar cheese, tomato slices, mustard and ketchup. Cap with bun lid.
  3. For The Grande, take the bottom burger bun and layer with barbeque sauce, burger patty with melted Pepper Jack cheese, avocado slices, pico de gallo and jalapeño slices. Cap with bun lid.
  4. For The Mushroom Swiss, take the bottom burger bun and layer with burger patty with melted Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, mushrooms and bacon. Cap with bun lid.
